Refund Policy

If you don't like Starfire Water for any reason, we'll refund you all unopened bottles.

If you would like to cancel and get a full refund, please email us within 4 hours after order is placed, to ensure we cancel your order before it's shipped. Cancelling Monthly Delivery

Please e-mail us at: support@starfirewaterdelivery.com, and we will remove your monthly order and stop automatic billing. If you do not cancel your monthly delivery prior to scheduled date of delivery, then shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to refuse delivery, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
